How can I update my contact information?

To update your contact information online, login to Online Banking. Select Settings and then Profile.

To update your mailing address, click Address, then enter your new address in the fields. Click save. Your changes will display as follows: “Address Update Successful.” Click close.

You can update your phone number and email address the same way.

Make sure to sign out when you are done.

If you forgot your username, contact the credit union at 719-473-5962 to retrieve it.

If you forgot your password, you have three attempts before it locks you out. There is a reset security code (password) button. Click this to send yourself a code to reset your Online Banking password. You need to know your username to use this function.

If you are not receiving an email, you have already locked yourself out of your account. You will need to contact the credit union directly at 719-473-5962 to have your password reset.

At this time, we do not offer shared branching.

At this time, we do not offer tap debit cards.

To deposit a check using our mobile app please make sure that you first endorse the check: Sign your name and write For Mobile Deposit Only At PPCU on the back of the check under your signature.

Login to our mobile app. At the bottom of the page, there is a deposit icon. Click Deposit. Click Deposit a check. Deposit into – select the account that you want the funds deposited into. Enter the check amount. Take pictures of both sides of the check. You will want to make sure that they aren’t blurry. Click Make deposit.

At the top of your app – You have successfully submitted a check deposit & dollar amount.

Funds may not be available for immediate withdrawal. Please securely retain your check(s) for 30 days.

Our Online Payment Center is a simple, user-friendly, and safe way to conveniently make your Pikes Peak Credit Union payments from an account at another financial institution. Recurring payments are free. Click here to make your payment.

To view your loan balance or monthly account statement(s), you must login to your Online Banking. You cannot view your balances in the Online Payment Center portal.

Yes, we have a notary at each office. Please call us at 719-473-5962 to schedule an appointment. We provide this service to both members and non-members at no cost.

A garnishment is a court order whereby a member’s property or money is in possession or under control of another and applied as payment for their debt to a third party. A levy is a proceeding in which money is obtained for the payment of taxes that are past due. If the member questions a garnishment or levy, they can contact the filing court, the IRS, or the State of Colorado to file an objection. The attorney’s phone number will be on the garnishment notice mailed to the member. By law, Pikes Peak Credit Union must follow the garnishment/levy orders.
